Home visits are available in the Middlesbrough and Stockton areas.
First Step
It's very easy to arrange a visit. The simplest way is to call our 24hour Answer Phone on 01642 750852 leaving your name and contact number.
Please speak clearly to ensure we hear your details correctly.
What happens next
After receiving your message we then call you back to arrange a convenient time for the visit, normally within a few days.
We then register this appointment with the Health Authority, as required by law.
That's it, there's nothing more for you to do, we'll be with you at the agreed time.
